Probate Pathway

We're sorry for your loss.

The paperwork after someone passes can feel overwhelming. We can guide you through every step of the probate process, gently and clearly, without taking it out of your hands.

What our Probate Pathway gives you

A guide, not a take-over. You stay in control.
  • A clear, step-by-step plan. Exactly what's needed, in what order, with the forms you need at each stage.
  • We check every form before you send it. A qualified estate planner reviews each completed form so it goes in right first time.
  • Templates and letters for you to send. To the banks, the probate office, HMRC, utilities, the lot. You sign and send.
  • A planner on the end of the phone. When you need a question answering, you ring us. No call-centre, the same person each time.
  • Inheritance tax check. If there's IHT to pay, we walk through what's due and how to settle it without selling everything first.
Fixed fee, no surprises

The Probate Pathway

£795 fixed fee · one payment when we start

A guided probate service for families who want the structure and the safety-net without paying solicitor rates. We don't do the work for you, we walk you through it, check what you do, and lift the weight where we can.

  • Saves a typical family £3,000+ versus a high-street probate solicitor doing the same paperwork.
  • Same outcome, same forms, same Grant of Probate, you just send it from your name with our review behind you.
  • If it's straightforward, you'll be through in 8–14 weeks. If it's complex, we'll tell you honestly and recommend a solicitor.
If we look at your case and it really does need a solicitor (contested wills, significant trusts, foreign assets), we'll tell you on the first call and refund any fee paid. We won't take on what we can't guide properly.

Tell us a little, and we'll call you back

A quick form so the right person picks up. Most families hear back within a few hours, often the same day.
